I sent a ticket in on that a couple of days ago because I am getting sick of it but I haven't even received a response that they've even received the ticket. It took me about 10 minutes and several tries to get back in but by then it was too late. I was entering the STC info and just before I could hit send - WHAM - See Ya Later. Nothing is consistent! In mid Dec I was trying to close one of the ONLY long option trades I've ever done that was well in profit. I've tried refreshing the browser while logged in. Sometimes I get randomly just completely booted out. Sometimes I'll get this message that I am logged in on IP blah blah blah - which is MY frickn IP. I have to log out and log back in sometimes 3 times before I get full access. Sometimes I can't get logged in with permissions and I mostly DON'T get the "log me in" choice. I updated my browser and I keep it up to date but no change. Next they said it was because my browser wasn't up to date. First they said it was because I was using a tablet (Win10) so I migrated EVERYTHING to my desktop. I have been having that problem essentially since I started with them about a year and a half ago. Beta however has the most recent fixes and seems to have the same reliability. Typically you would use latest, as it is more stable than beta.
